Rear wind breaker removal

Hoops off

Split the silver plastic and break some clips

Then you can release it from the black inner hoops

Or clean in situ.
was thinking of that but, after seeing the crap come out of the middle mesh, i thought i do it properly.
In the summer that centre mesh gathers crap weekly with the roof down. I hose mine off the car every time I wash it. Do you really want to keep dismantling it and breaking more clips?

Don't even think about getting these out, unless you want to spend some on new silver hoops :!:

These little screens are not a mesh like the large middle one, these are just transparent plastic with a mesh printed on them. So clean them as they are.

Well we get the point, there is no real mesh there but a solid material

It's not solid AFAIK, the mesh sits infront (or behind) the perspex.

Agreed, it's 100% material mesh the same as the centre but it has perspex behind it.

The perspex is likely there to stop you putting your hand through it and damaging the mesh as some people may use it as a grab handle.
