Doesn't look like it's parked in a staff space, rather looks like a disabled space to me. Perhaps you could shake your fist at disabled people on benefits being able to afford that when the rest of us can't afford to eat instead?

I'm all for paying nhs staff a fair wage..average nurse salary is 34k they should be able to afford to eat
