Spare key

Any of you guys know where i can get a spare key cut and coded for the wifes x3 around the stockport area without getting ripped off at the stealers,i have seen bmw blank keys on ebay that need cutting and coding to the car but i do not know of anybody around manchester/stockport that can do this.

have you tried main dealers? i can't recall how much but i was suprised they were not as dear as i expected

Depends what not dear is. 2-3 months ago mine quoted £140 for the key and then £50 to reset all the key specific settings.

Mended my own instead...
