Tyres for my M437 on my 35is

Hi,
I have acquired a new M437 wheelset in 19" for my 35is
Front Wheels 19x9 ET29 and Rear Wheels 19x10 E40

Which NRF tyres SuperSport size tyres should I put on please? I was thinking 275 rear and 235 front.

235 is a bit tight on a 9j rim...245or 255 are the ‘correct sizes’ for a 9j rim..

265 or 275 are the ‘correct sizes’ for a 10j rim

I know of one chap that is running those rims with 255/35 and 275/35 but that is a non m sport version..

I did look at this idea but given 235 and 265 are a sweet handling combo I pondered that going bigger was a bridge too far plus the issue of rubbing at 275 rear and 245 or 255 front...

I’m on 245/35/19 front and 275/35/19 rear M4 rims Stepchange, car is 30mm lower than non M sport so 20mm lower than M sport springs and I don’t have any rubbing.

I’m on 245/35/19 front and 275/35/19 rear M4 rims Stepchange, car is 30mm lower than non M sport so 20mm lower than M sport springs and I don’t have any rubbing.

I was surprised tbh, 30mm is a fair drop, a little too much actually, I’ll be raising them by about 10mm now they’ve settled but yes, no rub at -30mm.

My 35is has had no suspension work done at all so is standard. So I have none of this 30mm drop that you guys discuss. Does this mean the 275/35/19 and 245/35/19 would work in my case too? I'd imagine it would be ok since I'd have more clearance right?

Based on what John-89 says that is a yes it should be ok..

Assuming all the offsets on the various alloys are the same..which in theory they should be...

Think I'm going to try the 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 route as I'm getting rubbing in the rear on the M4 sizes (255/35/19 & 275/35/19).
Bit of a shame, could be down to my BC Coilover set up done by the previous owner, but unsure!

I checked mine the other day and I was wrong, my rears are 275/30/19 not 35.... :roll: I got zero rubbing on a 30mm drop which I’ve now increased to 20mm as it was too low. I have to say I don’t know the ET though, which is a shame, I forgot to look..... Tbh I’ll be fitting 275/35/19 rears as 30 profile is a bit rubber band. Can you raise your ride height a little on BC’s...?

Oh that is interesting, I want to stay on the safe side and definitely make sure I get no issues. My e92 m3 had 10j rear wheels and seemed okay in the 265 rear tyre.
I can adjust the height, however I do really like it how it is and I have calculated that the most suited tyre size to oem specs is the 265/30/19.
The damping on the BC seem great, coming from the M3 on adaptive suspension, it doesn't feel any harsher on these rubbish roads!

Tbh the ride is ok on a 30 profile tyre, I don’t rate Eagle NCT’s for grip but comfort Is fine. Since I raised the ride height and dropped the bump by two clicks on the KWV3’s it’s made the improvement I wanted, so on a good quality tyre 30 profile is fine with quality springs and shocks.

Cant be any worse than the 25 profile 20" rims that were on the car!!!
I'm looking at the Goodyear Eagle F1s, I had them on a 350z and my 135i and they seemed an excellent balance of comfort and performance... a fair bit cheaper than the Michelins too!
