Yet another squealing sound

I recently replaced the radiator fan of my 23i because it squealed as the fan's bearing was worn out. But there is still some other squealing going on with the car while braking and almost coming to a standstill. It seems to come from the front brakes or from underneath the bonnet, difficult to pinpoint.

Car is going to the dealer shortly for service and I'll ask them to take a look, but of course I'm curious to hear your opinions on what's wrong as well. See and listen at https://youtu.be/Okd6E5qDUx0, there are two decelerations and both times the strange sound is hearable.
 
Front brakes had a full service about 10.000 kms ago. The car is driven in normal road conditions, no track usage or anything alike so it would surprise me that they are worn out already. The stone thing seems a viable possibility to me.
 
Stones in the pads ..stuck between caliper and dust shield more than a plausible possibility
