The entrance to emerald Lake Lodge. The bridge to the island where the lodge is situated is right behind the zed. Too bad they were closed for reno's until next week.

Ended up having lunch in Lake Louise instead. Top down on the way back......no rain until we got home.

Thks, I neglected to mention that on the way home I ran into (not literally) a Maserati MCC. Full race kit , 5' wing on the back. I'm not sure if it had reg. plates on it but it did have a couple of small red tail lights. Pretty wild car to have on the Transcanada Highway on a Sunday afternoon !!!
I'm not sure of what year or model other then it was an MCC....He wasn't around for very long but he sounded really nice as he rolled by me doing a 75mph. I wasn't too interested in trying to keep up, traffic was a little heavy to play in... :D

Took a quick trip to the Seattle area last Weeekend, 2800km.

This is 8 deg Celsius, just north of Radium Hot Springs on the way home yesterday.

This one is on the way there last Thursday at Three Valley Gap. It stopped raining long enough to almost dry the road...

This is over near the Washington coast, looks just like the UK, rainy and all covered in moss... it used to be the entrance to Rainbow Falls State Park but a flood two years ago washed out the access bridge.
