No holiday this year, lots of decorating, a new shed and a road trip to Scotland weekend after next :driving:
Surely that counts as a holiday?

I think it qualifies as A Break From Work, which is the next best thing :D

Received a new Megs wheel brush and some PB black hole. Guess what I am about to do :D

Fitted the windbreak brackets very kindly donated by marchantsuk:

Poor excuse for a photo... but it is technically a 'mod', I guess

Now off to remove all of the squashed flies that my early morning blast attracted!!

Took the tube to Waterloo.

After a two week holiday, and coming back home, you realise London is the best city in the world

Gave the zed a thorough clean after my early morning drive turned into a bug-fest. Was also a good opportunity to give the bonnet its first coats of wax after its recent paint correction.

So. Wash with AutoGlym shampoo (using the well-loved two-bucket method) followed by good dry (first outing for my silicone blade). Poorboy's black hole glaze on the bonnet, followed by two applications of Natty's (blue) Paste Wax on the bonnet and a third coat for the whole car. AutoGlym glass polish, Poorboy's wheel sealant and some tyre dressing stuff (can't remember what) and some bumper gel on various black bits and pieces. Oh and the hood got a quick going over with the vacuum cleaner to remove a thick coating of debris... tomorrow, I'll give the hood a clean. Leaving the interior as the seats are being ripped out soon... I hope

Quick squirt with the power washer on Mrs Lozzer's X3 then it's definitely beer o'clock!

took the front off the car, got angry and frustrated with a set of headlights, then put it back together

about to clean it, ready for the big 'water mill' meet tomorrow (are we all bringing white gloves and magnifying glasses?

As a city London is certainly right up there, but I do have to say that is one very sorry looking ice cream cone :-)
