grille surrounds

ok so this has prob been mentioned before, but im lazy.
Where can i get black grille surrounds, i hate the chrome ones, now dont say ebay as that is first place i looked and i can only find the grille itself (or both) and i dont really want to pay £60, if i can get black ones for like £20 then i will do so, otherwise ill stick with the chrome ones, which look horrible in my humble opinion ?
I bought some carbon fibre ones off a guy on here (wont say the name) and they are total sh1te, get what you pay for i guess, they are just meant to be stuck over the chrome ones, but its impossible, so if any of you get offered any, dont bother !!!!

On my old 1 series, I painted the chrome with matt black acrylic paint. Rubbed the shiny chrome down, applied plastic primer and then a few coats of the matt black acrylic paint.

Cost about a tenner and a couple of hours on a sunday. Was quite impressed with the look for the cost of the mod.

Yup, done the same on mine, I just sprayed them black. Take off the Chrome rim, rub down, prime, spray black and then laquer. Done.

Easy and quick. As JDM said, about a tenner.

After 4 years or so mine now have a few stone chips and need re doing but they've lasted well.
