06 Z4 fender/bumper clip

I searched long and hard online and wasn't able to come up with a video on how to take the fender off the car. I ended up finding a lot of information about the bumper. There is a clip between the bumper and the fender that joins the two. It seems to be different in different years from what I am reading in forums and pictures online. I broke this plastic clip and can't seem to find any replacement parts online. There should be 2 more plastic clips that broke off. Any thoughts where I could pick one up online?

They're about £25 quid each including VAT actually, probably more now...

OP - you need to get them from BMW direct, you'll not find any secondhand as they break real easy as you've found. The new ones are more sturdy.

The trick to not breaking them is lifting the edge of the bumper before pulling the top outwards.

Srhutch has a part number thread link in his sig I thing - I'll look it out and post that up for you as the part numbers are in there, which you can give to BMW when you order them.

Yeah, I just did a bumper swap and didn't get the bumper off without breaking one of the clips. So if you need help with the clip itself...good luck. I had to carefully take a screwdriver and pry the old one out. Was a PITA indeed, but there's no other way to get it out. then it's straightforward swap, pop the new clip in and continue with bumper install.

Thank you for the info. I have to take the other fender off. I will try and maybe make a video since there doesn't seem to be much out there on the fenders. Though I am not sure I did it right. I did get it off except for that clip.
