Alpina Roadster S Lux SOLD

Always a fan of the Alpina ethos but never been struck with their cosmetic add on's :o
Yours looks knockout though & a credit to you :) the Titan silver really works :driving: first E85 Alpina ive seen in that colour

I assume it is a 2004 as the number is low.

Good luck with the sale

Looks nice and GLWTS, but I think you may have difficulty selling to Alpina enthusiasts because of the mods

Very nice, what mods have been done?

Headlights , grills and lower bumper respray is what I can see.

And clear centre brake light.

In previous posts the following have also been mentioned

- Bilstein B12 kit (including matched Eibach springs)
- E46 M3 front ARB
- H&R rear ARB + superpro bushes
- New lower wishbones + bushes
- New ARB drop links
- New rear top mounts + bump stops
- Rear top mount reinforcement plates
- Clear rear lights (painted red outer circles)
- Clear side indicators

I'm not saying any of those are 'bad' mods, it's just that it might be sensible to list them all as, with cars like the Alpina, they can lose 'desirability'* the more they are taken away from OEM spec

*I've stuck 'desirability' in quotes there because it will only really be purists and enthusiasts who would want to take the car all the way back to stock specification

Absolutely nothing that has been done to this car would put me off buying it - in fact looks like a general improvement over stock

S'pose it's down to what you are buying it for - a museum piece or to drive!

Only my view of course - love it though and don't expect it will hang around long at all

Some mods no longer seem to be there? The side indicators are orange and rears non painted?

I'm with Spikey :) whatever has been done has only enhanced the cars looks imo & as a potential buyer i would be drawn to it .
Maybe naive by not studying the exact form a Alpina should have but if i like what i see who says its right or wrong :?
As it stands its a beauty
