What was my Z4 has now been moved on from Sytner to a dealer called Marshall and Son. I sold it to Sytner Mercedes in Bristol for £7,500 and then Sytner BMW Nottingham had it up for £12,500 briefly but it's now a far more reasonable £10,000... Price has since been reduced to £9,799.

The registration is CV56 VXJ.

I bought the car in July 2015 with around 45k and it was my daily, weekend and euro road trip car since so now has just over 82k.

During my ownership I extensively upgraded what was a good base car.

- Sapphire Black with Dream Red interior
- Heated Electric Sport Seats
- SatNav
- Bluetooth (phone calls only, no media streaming but Grom USB3 updates music capabilities)
- Rear Parking Sensors

Things I added:

- Quaife TorSen Differential fitted by Birds Automotive
- Cruise Control
- New ZHP gear knob
- B12 Bilstein Dampers + Eibach Springs (including new top mounts and hardware)
- H&R Adjustable Anti-Roll Bars
- RTAB bushes replaced with Meyle HD and limiters
- New droplinks
- New inner & outer tie rods
- New rear camber bushes
- Water pump replaced
- New spark plugs
- Whiteline Z4M Offset Front Lower Control Arm Bushes (more castor and better mid-corner grip)
- New Meyle HD Lower Front Control Arms
- Vibra Technics Road Engine Mounts
- AUX input routed to glovebox (then added the GROM which also has an AUX input)
- Grom USB3 (can plug in USB memory to play music digitally through standard HU with working steering wheel controls, has spare USB charging wire)
- Added speakers in centre of the doors
- Extra sound deadening on the back of the door cards
- Gearbox oil changed
- CDV deleted
- HID headlights installed within light housing
- Black outer kidney grilles and blanked off foglights
- Discs and pads all round at start of ownership
- Coded triple flash indicators, key unlocks boot, comfort opening
- Small superficial rust on inner tailgate resprayed under corrosion warranty
- Full alignment in last few weeks with custom settings for a more neutral handling balance
- 108 rims just been treated to a full refurbishment (split down & powder coated)
- New Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres all round in the last couple of weeks
- New wipers this week

It now drives like a dream with plenty of grip and more direct feedback from the various upgrades in the handling department. It is great as it is or ripe for a supercharger upgrade.

Servicing was a bit light in the early years as it was only done on mileage but since I've had it there have been no negative consequences. It uses less than a litre of oil between changes.

79,246 Home Service

My services include oil change, oil & air filter changes, cabin filter every other time plus inspection of brake and suspension components.

I gave the car a full machine polish this year and it is currently protected by Sonax Xtreme Protect & Shine which is still beading very nicely after a couple of months.

Downsides are as follows:

- MOT due in January but no reason it shouldn't pass without advisories
- Brake fluid is due to be changed
- Second key battery has stopped working so only works in the lock (the main key is new from BMW within my ownership so is very clean)

couldnt ask for much more in terms of improving an already very nice motor ...someone will be getting a very well sorted zed

I would normally just get a new MOT but I don't have time unfortunately.

I've put a deposit down on the replacement as I got them up to a good price on my Z4.

Thats had some cash spent on it...

If people want into coupe ownership then surely this has to be the cheapest out there...

Low miles too..

Funny time of year, wonder if anyone is gonna snap up a bargain ?

it is a weird time of year, mine has got some interest but only a couple serious enough.

think I might keep mine till summer.

Sent you a PM.

I wasn't expecting to change until next year but foolishly I went test driving on my birthday last week...

I could probably get more if I waited and I wouldn't have spent so much on tyres plus wheels right before selling but there you go. It is a bargain if you want it. :driving:

Wow - if I didn't already have one I'd have been straight onto that. :(

Quaife diff and red leather - lovely.

This is mega cheap some nice bits too.

You could buy it and strip the mods off and make it back to standard for a nice profit here easily!

What is the new car OP?

All will be revealed in a couple of days but the answer is already on the forum.

I know I'm making a loss but having put so much in I'd rather it went to a good home.

Yes.

Almost tempted to borrow the cash and wait to get a decent price for mine but it's a load of hassle with tax and insurance which isn't worth the extra money.

What an absolute bargain... especially with those mods! Really is a horrible time of year to sell, coupe market seems to be taking a hell of a hit at the moment!

Hope you find a buyer before the end of the day, it'd be a pity to see that beauty px'ed for a fraction of it's value!
