Sold - Z4 3.0 E85 Roadster for sale

Post by AndyMitton » Sun Feb 21, 2016 2:12 pm

I'm selling my Z4 due to relocating and needing a more fuel efficient car as I'll be doing significantly higher mileage.

It has around 96000 miles on it. I'm after £4800; Viewing can be arranged from WF4 area

I've used this car day in day out for 3 years and it has been fantastic. It's a 2004 04 plate

The interior is generally in good condition (usual wear and tear on handles)
Leather seats - both of which are electric
Black trim
M sport steering wheel which looks and feels great
ZHP gear knob fitted
Cruise control (factory fitted)
There's a Bluetooth kit fitted which is discrete and works great for hands free and streaming music.
The roof works fine!
I've just fitted new discs, pads and wear sensors all around
The car will have an oil service on Saturday 12th March (oil, oil filter and air filter)

Goodyear Eagle f1 Asymmetric 2 tyres fitted all around; Just had 2 new rears (march 2016) and the fronts were fitted around a year ago and still have a lot of tread.

The service book stamped until I bought the car in February 2013. Since then I've meticulously looked after the maintenance myself.

Bodywork is generally good for the age but does have a few scrapes. Please bear in mind that the car is second hand and there are marks here and there. The rear driver's quarter has unfortunately got a scratch on it (see pictures), the rear bumper has a bit of damage (see pics) and the front bumper has a scrape at the bottom. There are other marks, please bear this in mind and please don't expect the bodywork to be spotless. It is good but it is near 12 years old.

The glovebox Handel has broken. You can still open it.

The wheels could do with a refurb. they're not in great condition at all which to be honest is a bit of a shame but i just don't have time to sort this with moving house

Please see below for a list of the mechanical work that has been undertaken since I purchased it. I've got receipts for most things but there's a few missing; I've only got the click and collect confirmation.

Hi,

Just realised I needed to add that the car has factory fitted cruise control.

If you need to know anything more please ask

Any interest in this?

Cheers

Update:

I've put new discs and pads and wear sensors on this weekend.

Please note that the back tyres have 2/3mm tread on them. Fronts are excellent. Had a good look when I had them off to do the brakes and less on the rears than I had originally thought to be honest.

Oil, oil filter and air filter will be changed before selling too (doing that this week)

Cheers

Andy

Its a good honest advert Andy but the few niggles to sort would soon add up which may be putting potential buyers off looking further :?
I would have them rectified yourself or be prepared for a long wait or low offer ?

Cheers!...I know there are a few bits. I just haven't time to sort them which is massively unfortunate. I move up to Glasgow on Saturday so have just had far too much to do (car will still be located in Yorkshire)

Although outweighing the little niggles could be brand new brakes all around, service and I'm just about to put new 2 Goodyear eagle F1s on the back too :D

Cheers mate

Andy
Honest advert, but I really recommend you redraft it as it's simply way too much text and probably the longest ad I've ever read.
Condense the bad points / niggles to one group.
Cut out repetitions
List all the extras in one list, etc.
Make it easy to read and not like one endless list of things as you thought of them.
(Happy to delete this post after you've read it)

Good luck with relocation and the sale

Hi, its got the BMW business CD/radio in there. not sure how many speakers but there was no factory upgrade. I'll check that out.

The Bluetooth is iO Play
