This is now SOLD
I cannot articulate strongly enough how much I do not want to be doing this, however, George Osborne has forced my hand. An expensive home move last year has resulted in my self-assessment landing me with an unfavorably hefty tax bill.

I'm not going to waffle on like a soppy bollox, it’s fair to say we’re all on the same page when it comes to attaching ourselves to our cars and the love and respect we give them. So instead, I'll get straight to the details:

= Interlagos Blue with black nappa leather and carbon fibre dash trim

= 2006, 67500 miles, 4 former keepers, HPI completely clear.

= Full documented & correct service history by main dealer and respected independent BMW M specialist. Most recent oil and brake service done last weekend by DW///M Motorworks in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Running in service done on schedule, Inspection 1 & 2 done.

= MOT passed & valid through June 2017. No advisories. All brake lines and flexi hoses replaced. Car had been winter garaged since November '15 on a constant trickle charge, all storage precautions taken.

= Enhanced Bluetooth phone prep, Nav System Professional, full BMW pro hi-fi with OEM amp and subwoofer, wind deflector, BMW Assist, CD changer, Aux In (OEM part fitted retrospectively), folding mirrors, rear parking sensors (PDC), electric memory seats, heated seats, electric folding mirrors, first aid kit, auto-dimming rear view mirror, rain sensing wipers.

= Stormforce full fitted Z4 car cover & storage bag

= 100% standard car except for stubby aerial, Eventuri carbon intake bought and fitted approx May '15, F10 M5 gear shifter, and carbon fibre interior wrap professionally applied on some internal fittings. The mentioned mods are all easily reversible allowing the car to revert back to factory standard.

= Full G-Techniq detail in March '15 by DDB Detailing Ltd in Newcastle Upon Tyne
https://www.facebook.com/plugins/po...ebook.com/DDBDetailing/posts/909089245800760&

= All 4 alloys fully refurbished and are pristine, not a single mark or scratch anywhere on any rim. All four tires as good as new.

= Roof is immaculate, regularly cleaned with Autoglym fabric hood cleaner. No issues at all with motor.

= Seats and interior leather care treated by upholstery specialist prior to winter storage.

= During my ownership, the car has only required a replacement headlight washer jet which began leaking, and has benefited from a brand new power steering pump which I managed to convince the trade seller to pay for under warranty as there was a noise at full lock.

Mechanically the car is absolutely perfect, part of the reason why I'm so gutted to be having to let it go. The paintwork is beautiful, it has some road rash on the front end which is to be expected on a 10 year old car previously used as a daily driver by former keepers, and one or two extremely minor touch ups around the wings. Since my ownership, the car has been professionally detailed and since polished and cleaned weekly whilst not garaged for winter.

£12,995 is the asking price, priced according to others currently on the market also reflecting the condition.

Sorry to hear of this sale fella. No Chancellor is ever that popular!
Out of interest, how did you come by the Eventuri sticker?
GLWTS

Thanks man, I won't be disappointed at all if it doesn't sell... I'll just have to work a bit harder and save up rather than be sensible and sell an asset that I strictly don't 'need'!

The Eventuri sticker came in the box with the air intake, there was 2 of them, I assume the intention being you put one on either side wings of the car but I liked it better at the back!

This shouldn't hang around for long - sensible price for a very clean and well looked after Z4MR  I'm just sorry you're having to sell it :(

Good luck with the sale, sorry you have to though. Looks a cracking zed at a good price

Looks great.

GLWTS.

Can I ask where you got your steering wheel wrap completed? I'd like mine done like that...

Thanks man, if you look at the bigger image of the interior and zoom in you can see the inside door handle grips are also wrapped.
Was done by a place in Newcastle called Custom Coats www.customcoats.co.uk

Hasn't yet mate, I've only had it up on here and Pistonheads, haven't moved it over to eBay or Autotrader yet for more exposure.

Yea man it looks like it's been a very slow moving market this summer, I priced mine in line with other similar models/mileage cars and had to progressively drop the price as I haven't had a single phone call, it's not like people have turned up and moved on, there's just been no activity whatsoever yet.

Id say you were in the zone now for interest but be prepared to discuss the selling price if the car needs to go
Few buyers around with £13k to flirt on weekend toys & for 95% of the ZMs that's what they have become
Folks can get into much newer faster Audis , VWs & Mercs on lease deals that mean they don't have to stump up big sum's of £ :(
Car looks minty & sure the first to see , hear & drive will be hooked

Thanks man, unfortunately today it sold. I've never been gutted to sell a car but this hurt something rotten.

Went to a good home though, and I'm sure the lad will be signing up here pretty soon.
