******************************************PRICED TO SELL*************************************
***OFFERS CONSIDERED - WOULD LIKE TO SEE HER GO TO A GOOD HOME BEFORE THE END OF SUMMER!***

Up for sale is my lovely Z4 Coupe 3.0 Auto Si Sport
She has covered around 15,200 miles and was pre-registered at Knights BMW South Staffs - she has been owned by my husband from new and then myself.

Z4 Coupe - 09 reg, Auto
Carbon black with extended champagne nappa leather & piano black interior.
108 alloys, refurbed anthracite last year due to corrosion on the polished rims.
Tyres - Removed runflats and now running on Pirelli P Zero Rosso's with lots of tread left.
She has covered just over 15,000 miles and we have owned her from new.
Only selling as I use my M135i as a daily and only work 4 miles from home and not enough of a journey for my lovely Z.
I only ever take her out on runs.
I covered a whole 380 miles last year and I want her to be used.
If anyone is interested, please feel free to note interest here or PM me.
2 oil services & brake fluid service all at BMW mail dealer & passed MOT (again all carried out at BMW main dealer) in April with no advisories.
I'm sure it must be one of the last and lowest mileage Z4 Coupes in the country.
Not been driven in winter, so never on gritted roads.

So many extras, I have added a link to the vin decoder which lists all standard items and extras on this Zed.

She has now returned to her original reg of YK09TZE

**The last Z4C was made on 28.08.08 and mine was produced on 11.07.08 :-) **

Full spec list link for my lovely Z - it has pretty much everything apart from sat nav. She does has phone/Bluetooth, 6 CD player, Cruise Control etc, etc: https://www.etkbmw.com/bmw/EN/vin/decoder/LF69463/EN

Great car and defo one of the last so a good purchase for someone. I would say though for such low mileage those pipes could do with a clean. ;)

I thought she was going for the all black theme!!

I am far from an expert on such matters, but the asking price does appear to be on the punchy side. Not to belittle its' condition or specification at all, just trying to aid in its sale! Good luck nonetheless

Any Offers? This really is a beauty of a Zed....new owner will not be disappointed in any way.

As I've said before it's worth that price but you'll have to wait for the buyer. Drop it to 14500 she'll sell in no time.

As a potential buyer myself looking for a Coupe, yours looks a great car, but as a comparison there was blue Z4 coupe Sport at a dealers on Autotrader with 23k miles from memory, with a fsh priced at 14k and it was immaculate and a manual too. All the MOTs checked out with the mileage too. I was going to see it at the weekend, phoned up about it on Thursday morning when it was available but in the afternoon it had gone :( so never even got a chance to view it.

I also think a lot of people are after manuals, well I am anyway! which may be a factor. Although your open to offers most people don't usually offer 2k less than the asking price, generally the asking price needs to be attractive first, then you get the offers then come in.

Hi Natalie

I still think it is somewhat overpriced .. it's currently the most expensive E85/86 in the country (bar one)

Even more than Sytners, which is saying something !

You can't compare private cars against main dealers who can offer finance warranties and come-back (and they will have £3-4K across the car)

Not many people have £17k to spend on a ten year old BMW

There are a couple of cracking looking coupes for sale on here for £7k less .. ok with higher mileages but full service histories and obviously cherished

The money you are asking puts in firmly into collectors territory price wise and the patchy service history would I think be a minus point for those seeking perfection

And the pricing puts it firmly into M car territory and against some cracking other cars such as the Cayman S

Anyway good luck with it

Earthdweller, Of course you can compare main dealers against private sales, why not, as long as its the same make and model etc, at the end of the day buyers are usually looking for a specific car, whether it be a private sale or from a dealer. So from a buyers perspective yes they might get a private sale cheaper but they also want to factor in dealer extras such as warranty, Car presales prep, part ex, finance etc. If its a specific car they are after buyers usually look at cars from both if available and choose from there eg Auto trader as an example, hence both private and trade sales are comparable even if not at the same price.

Usually dealer prices are above private sales to allow for the "extras" they provide. In this instance however, the car with 23k miles on was only at £14k, over 2k LESS than what Natalie is asking, which really shows how pricey the private sale is. As a different comparison you can get a newer models BMW approved Z4 35i sDrive 2dr 3 for 17k, or a 3.0 one for 12k on Auto trader at the moment.

You are right on the pricing on z4's though they are all over the shop from 7k to double that, and sometimes the mileage and condition is not reflected in the price, eg I've seen some good ones with low mileage going for under 10k.

I agree with you

The point I was making is that this car is more than main dealer cars .. more than the ones sytners are offering and they have a history of sky high pricing

Now, for top money I'd be expecting perfection

This car has only had two oil changes in its life .according to the advert

St a minimum it will need an Insp 2 and brake fluid .. possibly discs/pads

Also the mileage is low enough for it to still be on original tyres .. which would be overage and in need of changing

So factor in anything from £500 -£1500 as a starter to get it right for Service/tyres etc

I may be wrong and it may have had all its services and brake fluids done every two years ..and be on newish rubber but the add only states two oil changes in 8 years

Also the ad states one owner .. however a quick search shows it's had three owners .. not inspiring

At that price point it needs to be exceptional.. otherwise I'd rather buy one with 50k and masses of receipts/service records for considerably less

That's the point I was making

Earthdweller, We're singing from the same Hymn Sheet then :) and I take your point about the service history too, I would want it immaculate as you would

That's ok then :)

I'd agree with you on what's probably worth too

As an example of exceptional I have a mate (yes true) that has a S1 Elise that he bought new wh n the first cane out .. it has 28k on it now and has been garaged its entire life .. I don't think it's ever been wet .. full service every 12 months and he even has the original brochure and order form .. he has spent a fortune on it

It he is a member of the lotus owners club and the car is very well known and like new

He is constantly being offered lots fior it

He has also recently bought a stunning 3.4 Cayman S with carbon brakes and huge spec .. low miles and massive history file for 16.5k

At 10-14k there is little to touch an Si ..

Great news for me - I got an E86 for less than 9K last year!

Yes it has some miles on it (78K at the time) but it's a manual!

If my budget could go to 16.5K I'd stretch a couple of thousand for a manual MC - sorry OP. :(

The OP's car is probably fairly unique, but needs to find the right buyer - GLWTS.
