Scary to think what the yearly factors/upkeep fees on that would be!
 
It's a great tech idea, but not as good as the "Jetsons" towers in chicago, where you have parking for your car and boat :D

Still, could see one of those porsche towers being built somewhere in London.
 
Interesting structure. As a third home maybe, but I think, for 32m, you would tire of sitting in the lift evry time you fancied a spin.
 
I used to live in a tower block - it's not all glamour . . .

lifts smelling of urine. hearing the neighbours above, below and to the sides of you AND the lifts often break down, people throwing rubbish down the garbage shoots at 2 in the morning or just chucking it out the window. . ..

42 million - nah! :cry:
