Hope you had the prawns at the Applecross Inn? They're one of my own personal highlights from the Highlands

Looks like you either got up very early or lucked out and beat the tourists - the roads look blissfully deserted!

Nosa = the car was clean when I set off but was bloody filthy when I got back. I didn't do any cleaning during the trip, but guess the car looks cleaner than it actually is.

I got the stripe fitted at Totally Dynamic in Southport. See, everyone wants one now

Lovely pictures, thanks for sharing. Brought back memories for some years ago when we drove form Edinburgh along the roads of your lovely country

I recall we drank some of the clear water running down the green hills ... then someone told us in a B&B we do have a lot of sheep up them there hills It goes without saying we stopped drinking the water

BTW, loved the B&B all around Scotland I recommend them highly!
