fitted the eibach pro spring kit and some new staggered alloys with Falken 452's in place of RFT's
What a difference in handling, .....and insurance. my renewal was over £480 instead of £330, with another company and cheapest I could get...

Looking Good  i need a set of 19" for my Z and a set of spring's to lose that wheel gap by the looks, I just got my
one about 2 weeks ago and i can not stand the 103 that are on the car at the present and i'm not sure what to go for 18" or 19" but looking at your's i think 19" all the way. 8)

nice ! i also have 19" staggered rims and eibachs. Never seen those wheels before, or that colour combo, blue with red leather - a very nice and different z4! . just not sure about the clear white lenses, but i am being picky.

Gookah,
Looking very nice.
Was thinking about getting some 19's, but now I NEED some!!!
What size are the wheels, tyres and offset(s) as from the pics it looks just right
Any trouble with rubbing with it being lowered.
Cheers.

19x9.5 rears with 35 offset and 265/30 tyres,
19x8.5 fronts with 35 offset and 225/35 tyres,
no rubbing at all, and no spacers required.

Looks good, hopefully mine will have Eibachs very soon! Well tomorrow maybe

Perfect stance though, dont want it too low as i dont think it suits the Z4. But that looks perfect

Well I have just treated myself to a set of these bad boys http://www.bmautosport.co.uk/detail.php?siteid=1359 - they will be here next week. I will post some pictures once the wheels are on and the car has been lowered.

With the 19", I'm defo going have to lower the car to get rid of the wheel arch gap (nasty)... I thoroughly recommend Mark at BM Autosport, really helpful guy and gave me a good price!

Have you got any pics showing the position of the rear wheels in relation to the arches as you are quite near M offsets and I was wondering what it looked like from the rear.

Gookah, Thanks for that. They look absolutely spot on
Did you consider going a bit wider on the tyres to give just a little more rim protection?

These were the recommended sizes and supplied as a package, although I did specify Falkens in place of the cheapo's,
Didn't see them till they arrived fitted, Maybe next set will be wider, but I kind of like the exposed lip anyway because it shows up more, I will have to steer well clear of kerbs

Those wheels look sweet, I can't wait to have my wheels delivered and fitted now - Just need to have Mr.Zeddy dropped then. How much is the going rate for a garage to install the new springs?

For a garage to install them you are looking at £100 ish, as does not take long. Or do them yourself if your handy on DIY. Not that bad, and rears take about half an hour a side at worst. :)

Sounds okay to me but don't you need some kind of spring compression device to 'ping' the compressed springs onto the shocks?

When I I'd mine the spring compressors did not go down far enough, as the shock shoots back into the absorber body. And the springs only have two coils you can get on to. So in the end I did not use them, just assembled it all on the car and lifted the hub up until the shock went through the top mount. Took 20 mins for the front spring! Well on one side, as the other side I was peeing around with the compressors lol

If you want detailed instructions I will do some next weekend before gay fest :.)

Yeh a detailed How To would be so helpful and would save me the odd £100 to get a garage to do it for me.

Nice one :)
