Ok, not the best photos as it's about the throw it down with rain, so I've only given it a quick clean to remove the dust from polishing, but here it is, fresh from it's front end refurb.

I'm really pleased with it. The paint is an excellent job. Perfectly smooth, shiny, no signs of any of the old stone chips, scratches, scuffs or dents. The gap between the bonnet and the bumper is a little large so they're going to rectify that, but overall it's perfect!

Blended into the wings - no signs of overspray or paint mismatch at all!

So next on the list....

Sort out 1x faulty illuminated Z4 sill
Replace all BMW badges
Have wheels refurbished
Fit iPod kit

Then it'll be as close to new as I can get it!

It really does look amazing now, considering it's age and miles.

Looks good. Just lose the mid flaps and the exhaust pipes stick out too much :D

Thanks.

Also, quick question, do you think I should remove the mudguards? You may have noticed, I'm already missing one!

Pity they masked off round the front number plate o/s good n/s gives away but looks a good match overall. :)

No, that was from the dodgy bumper respray, undertaken by a dealer that had sold it previously - hence the peeling paint. Everything removed this time. Need to clean it off!

excellent job. got a quote for a front end respray £450, that included removing the bumper and all the fittings and blending in wings & bonnet. on the to do list next year
