New Wheels...

Some of you may remember me wanting to change my old style 108 wheels, and that I chose between 107s and 203s.... picking the 203. Finally managed to clean the car this last weekend and as I know we all like photos here are some with the new wheels:

I know some won't agree but I like them more than the 108s

Now anybody want some damaged/corroded 108s :D

How damaged, how corroded, how much we hear the crowd ask?

New wheels look really nice.

BTW - you gotta get that drive weeded and did you notice someone stole your red Saxo while taking the photos and replaced it? :)

gonna post pictures of the wheels in the buy and sell section...
yeah the drive to the left of my car is the neighbours :D

LOL about the stolen bit :) moved the car off the drive to photo the old wheels...

CJ, you have a strange obsession with weeds :D

Huge improvement on the 108's, they were indeed in a shocking state.

So to refocus having accused you of having your car stolen, needing to do some gardening and being a weed smokin' murderer.

It's good to see those wheels on a Sterling Grey as so oft a wheel looks right on one colour and not another and I'm never sure if a given sytle is likely to work on mine. This re-inforces my thought that if I change then a 5 spoke simple design could work well and look 'clean' :)

Don't be so boring CJ, this article says it all

Back on topic - the 203 look smaller then the 107? Are they 18"?

:D

I too was apprehensive as I could find no pictures of the Sterling Grey with those wheels. Did some quick and dirty fiddling with a Paint program to get a rough idea... took a deep breath and took the plunge... very pleased with the result :D

I will update my avatar in due course... 8)

the 203s are 18", same staggered setup as the 108s and I believe the 107s so it was a straight swap :D
