Good spot - Leather looks a bit worn, its all ruffled...

But sure someone will snap those up very soon!

the leather does look a bit loose you would really need to see them in the flesh.

On a similar note I'll probabaly have a full set of champagne leather trims for Msport seats with matching door cards for sale soon.

JonW please keep me in the loop for your seats .. Please

Hi, will do but just to make things clear it's not the actual seats but all the leather covers from the seats and matching door trims.

I fitted the seats to my car today and can't quite make my mind up about champagne seats against a beige interior.

I've had an intial quote of £300/£400 to have them retrimmed so I'll have to have think about it.

Can you post photos of your seat?does the trim just pulls off ?and just goes straight over another set?

I have bought red ones but prefer black or cream colours.Might consider getting them dyed.

I certainly would not attempt to dye red seats black. In my experience it will never last well and soon start to show on the heavy wear points. There is a ready market for red so I'm sure you'd find someone to do a like for like swap with you for their black seats.

Agreed. I looked into dyeing and it does not seem to be long term solution especially for a car in everday use.

The leather covers are held on with a series of wire rings that attach to the foam and long plastic clips that tuck under the metal frames.

I've just swapped the occupancy mat over from my old seats to these so I can run them for a bit to make sure there are no airbag light problems before retrimming.

I am keeping an eye on these as well (just curious),interested to see how much they'll go for and looks like price has been dropped if I remember correctly.

Yep, price was £800 :?

It was £600 last time I looked, so looks like he has dropped it twice. Really though I don't think £600 is bad, but very bad time of year to be selling ha!

The leather on the STD seats goes like that, but not seen it too much on the sport seats, and mine are still tight.

I thought M sport seats had the ///M logo on them as well :?

M sport seats are from the standard car and are plain, the seats from an M have the embossed 'M'. Similar to the M-Sport steering wheel - in the standard car it has black stitching, in an M, tri-colour stitching.
