I have a used M Z4 steering wheel for sale, still in good condition, it has a dent in the back of the steering wheel when i got it brand new from a ebayer in South Carolina, but it doesn't effect anything. It is much thicker and provide better grip than original Z4 steering. The reason for sale is that I don't have the car anymore. Asking $180 shipped to US.

Curious, would the cd changer/bluetooth telephone controls be able to be installed in this?

Yes, you'd have to replace the tabs for a version with the controls - there are retrofit kits for this.
