Got my pipes fitted today really pleased with the results, just thought as this was done on my M other M drivers maybe interested the genral thread is quite long now enjoy :D

Vid only done with an iphone so not great quality

All for £80 quid :thumbsup:

Really please with the Mod, Mrs Paza has told me off 3 times already for leaving the window down :lol: as she says it to cold
 
ohhhh i LOVE the fact you got your mrs to taake this vid for you, LOL, literally every video i have of my car is from my now ex GF, but lol, i knew it wasnt going well when under her breathe in one of the videos, she said "im fucking bored out of my brains" LOOOLLL,, i howled when i heard that, now heres your O/H recording in the rain, if i could read her mind shes probably thinking, this guys got me recording the sound of his car in the RAIN and cold.... arhhh freaking awesome OP......

Ontopic.... the cars sounds perfect imo.....

i loved the sound of my stock exhaust, it was the weight that i wanted to drop...... they are unbelievably heavy... anyone thats had then in hand, you'll know...
 
AWESOME - I need to hear mine from the outside!! I was just thinking, that sounds llouder than mine, not fair. But then I remembered the only time I've heard mine is from inside the cabin so it would be quiter wouldnt it :poke:
 
Its quite a high pitch isnt it. Maybe thats the video not picking up much bass as these camcorders do.
For the money its a bargain and the merits of having a stock sound for 90% of the time is brilliant :thumbsup:
 
Dont mean to offend but I'm not sure if I like it. Is it just me or has it lost the throatiness a bit? I thought it sounded like the exhaust had blown or something.
 
I think the throateness comes from the induction more than the exhaust, so its less its lost it, more the exhaust is masking over the top perhaps?

Easy solution, get an induction kit :)

Its simply it you like what it sounds like already but want it to hear it louder that all its doing really with more pops on overdrive :)

It sounds savage in the flesh! I guess the proof will be at the Cotswold meet for the verdict

Never joined the Coupe/Roadster debate before, I feel liberated!!!!! :D
 
Wasting my time here,

It was on an iphone (so crap quality)
It’s the same "Note" as before but louder by I believe 15-20% tops (same as the car is currently but louder)
Its I believe certainly a better sound than before as it’s the "same" autistics as before but more pronounced due to increased sound.(bad thing?)

Am saying no more as it will not be constructive

thats abit dramatic..... do you know how many people comment on my cars sound?? LOADS.... for some it sounds amazing, for some its sounds dreadful, for me its perfect, thats all that matters paza, dont let opinions piss you off... that what these socal forums are all about, peoples opinions, however misguided they may be.....

FWIW i think your car sounds awesome.

You have done a great thing bringing the bypass system to the forum, some will like it and some won't, as long as it suits you who cares!! :thumbsup:
