Anybody have ideas on how to fix this well without takng it off?

Maybe I'll have to take it off...

Not sure you can tbh.
May be simpler to swap the roof

Swap the roof. E85 should have a glass rear window :?

Not possible, i believe. I had same with my Z3, new roof was the fix.
