Hello. Nearly 4 year forum lurker here. Firstly, thanks for all the contributions to this forum which have assisted me with numerous issues over my ownership.
I bought my Z4 in July 2020 with about 116k on the clock and it's been my only car since then. I've recently bought a 430d, and it's time for the Z to go to a new home.
About the car
- Located in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO12
- Price: £6,000
- 127k
- Space grey
- M sport suspension
- Red leather interior
- Electric memory seats
- Manual
- 19" aftermarket CSL style wheels (all need refurbed)
- 2 new Yokohama tyres on the back, which have done a couple hundred miles tops
- 2 PS4s on the front with plenty of tread left
- Mot due in July 2024
- FSH (some BMW, some independent, all servicing done in my ownership at the same indy in Scarborough, and in line with service schedule)
- Air con refurbed at last MOT
- Water pump previously done at 70k, I've been advised by my garage it's working as expected
- Lots of receipts for things I've had done that the car has needed in my ownership, happy to discuss if interested
- Spent well over £2k in last year (£1300 in last 2 months) on the following new OEM parts and maintenance:
• NSR wheel hub bearing
• OS window regulator
• NSF and OSF steering rack arms and track rod ends
• Tracking
• Alternator, drive belt and pulleys checked and lubed
• NSR, OSR drive shafts plus speed sensors
• Inspection 2 service at last MOT
• Body work is probably 7.5/10. Few stone chips at the front and on the bumper, couple of small faded bits at the skirts, nothing that is immediately noticeable or anything you'd not expect to see on a car this age with this mileage.
No doubt people will have questions please just ask. The car is driving superbly now and is genuinely fault free. I'll be sorry to see it go, but needed something bigger and a bit better on fuel.
The car is at my detailer but I will post more pictures tomorrow of the interior once I've got it back.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Low spec but otherwise looks a good prospect for someone ( half wish i was after another one tbh ) not saying it isn't but are you 100% it is space grey ?
Rare if so & a terrific colour but there weren't many Si E86 sold with it & often confused with silver grey .

Firstly, well done for the 'get out clause' of criticism for being a first time poster to sell your car!mbraidwood wrote: ↑Mon Mar 11, 2024 5:31 pm Hello. Nearly 4 year forum lurker here. Looks a nice car so GLWTS! Those wheels look humungous!
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

Thanks for the comments.
I think it is silver grey, yes. That's what it's come up as when I put it into autorader!
The wheels are humongous, but they really mark the car out as being a bit different on what we all know is already a rare beast!
Still for sale, I've not been particularly engaged in getting rid of her so far, but she does now need to go, unfortunately!
