For sale, four BMW Style 108 18" Composite Star Spoke Alloy Wheels (Part numbers : 36 11 6 758 194 / 36 11 6 758 195).
These wheels came from my 2003 z4. I was originally going to refurbish them but decided to change wheel style instead.
I believe these are the original wheels from my car as they are listed on the build spec sheet given to me by BMW.
The dealer price on these wheels brand new without tyres will be about £1250 for all four after negiotiating a discount.
They are suffering from bad corrosion on the outer rim and insides. They are also suffering from bubbling from a previous refurbishment. The corrosion is a lot worse on the rear wheels and this can be seen in the photos below.
The wheels have been cleaned so the dirt that you see IS the corrosion. There are also a few light curb marks on at least two of the wheels.
I had a quote from Steve Edwards for splitting the rims, stripping them down, shotblasting, repainting, and refitting of the existing tyres for £110.00 per wheel. This would have been the most professional refurbishment. I'm sure they could be refurbished by powdercoating and even without splitting the rims, for a lot less :!:.
The wheels will be supplied without tyres. The front tyre size is 225/40/18. The rear tyre size is 255/35/18. I can also include the old badges.
Collection is available immediately from Chesterfield, Derbyshire or by courier arranged at cost price. Front wheels weigh 13.8kg each, rears weigh 14.4kg each.
