Z4M 224 Alloy Colour OEM silver?

Post by Fast3000 » Mon Apr 07, 2014 1:07 pm

Hi Chaps,

Going to have the alloys on the Z4M refurbished in the future. The guy I use does a great job of shot blasting, preping powder coating etc etc....
However, what is the exact silver on the 224 alloys? Any ideas where I can get a paint code?

Many thanks

Don't know about the exact OEM colour code, but just got my OEM's done by TWS. I asked them for nearest to OEM and they used their "TSW Sport3" silver to match. Not sure if the TWS silvers are standard so hopefully that might help...

As pic, they are nice and bright, new love for the 224s so they have been tucked away rather than being sold.

Thanks Sae,

I can relate to your story. Nice to have a spare set of rims tucked away! Looking to get mine refurbished from these guys who I have used before. http://www.fawheels.co.uk/

hopefully they won't have a set of CSL's to tempt me in exchange!!
