Had my roof motor moved at the zed shed last week. Done in less than an hour with no fuss and a very neat job. I had to try twice before mike responded but as others have said he works on his own and is usually under or in the boot of a zed. Frustrating as it is OP its your choice, persevere with trying to get hold of mike or give someone else a chance
