Grom BT3 Microphone to OME microphone

Hi, I’ve searched the Forum and the internet for a solution to this question with no joy 
Hopefully someone has either the knowledge or experience to solve this issue
I’ve purchased a GROM BT3, I have a Carver DSP fitted, I’ve purchased a used top steering cowl with the OME microphone in situ, as the microphone (so I am lead to believe) has sound deadening abilities, I’m looking to integrate the OME microphone into the GROM BT3
Any ideas as to whether this can be done and if so how
My Z is a 2004 roadster with Sat Nav, facelift MFSW, 6 CD changer
