Don't suppose there is anyone close to Sheffield with a Carly subscription that would be willing to code the digital Speedo function on my E89 - I have Carly Gen II Bluetooth adapter I'd be willing to part with in exchange for provision of the service

Yep that's what it looks like - I'd coded it previously in one of my other E89’s but no longer have a Carly subscription.

I found it a useful feature with the temp and time display already appearing by default - much preferred it to having the MPG or miles in tank display showing. Obviously it will also show mph rather the kmh depending on the underlying settings.

I miss hat in the Z as all the other cars have this, and it is great to see the number in front of you rather than the dial being eiither in fining territory or just outside.

Ah, yes, I had that programmed a while back. But to be honest, I rarely look at the speedometer.

I coded the digital speedo on mine but find the readout too small. Added this a little while back, its small and sits discreetly on top of the dash in the corner by the A pillar much more easier to see quickly plus I have it set up to monitor coolant temp and voltage, there is a plethora of other information you can have it show you too.

Yep, if you have an Automatic the readout for the speed is quite small, this is due to having the gear position displayed by default. If you have a manual then this isn't a problem as the numbers are much bigger  :driving:
