Gear select replacement cover

hi

Anyone ever fitted anything like this?, and how did it go....Or how do you do it even???
I don't particularly like the polished plastic one..

peel off the tape film and stick to the shinny plastic which you don't particularly like. Fitting it is as simple as this.

I won't rule out that there might be some extremely expensive pieces designed to replace the shinny plastic bit. But for majority similar parts I've seen so far, they are all peel and stick version. The only difference might be the quality of the double-side tape. :tumbleweed:

Just a pity you can't get a nice leather(ish) one, like the M3/4/5 etc... I really don't mind the plastic cover, but can't help thinking it would look a lot nicer in a matt leather - with an embossed M logo even better !!! haha

Well, if you want to invest big money, you can fit M3/4 gear selector to Z4.
