Post by Bodyboarder » Sat Apr 06, 2024 2:21 pm

Basically you need canbus friendly ones.
The resistance on some leds will put the bulb warning on.

Using scanner 1.4 I can see a large table showing all the lights and tick boxes for various checks on them.
Usually I find the numberplate lights are unticked and therefore not checked.
If you found someone with that software they should be able to remove the check on the sidelight bulbs too.

Ah ok .. does sound like the side light LED’s then . If I remove them and put the standard ones back in , will the dash light go out ?

Thanks
