Car Auction @ Farnborough Airport

Just noticed them setting up on my morning walk, some nice stuff going though, tempting to pay the £30 just to go and nose about!

oooof some real interesting stuff there... particularly liking the R8 V10, the TVR tuscan, the manual swapped V10 M5, and the weird RV dynamic Nemesis...

Some lovely cars there to drool over. I like the MG TF. Used to have a TD when I was a student. Always fancied the TF but price wise it was beyond my reach. The Bentley Continentals look pretty good value too. You can always dream. I just need a bigger garage and more money in the bank. 😀

Maybe I'll buy something but keep it at the airport so the wife doesn't find out :D

46k mile V12 DB7 convertible with a guide of £13K has to be the bargain of the century?

Would cost about the asking price to keep on the road every year, though.
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

F31 320i. Good car.
E89 20i Now fully dried
Z3 'free litre'. Project and a half. Complicated!
Mazda3 sold
Tatty old R56 Mini Cooper. Money pit!

They have a Ferrari BB512! The poster of that was the largest and most prominent on my bedroom wall as a teenager. I would love that!

The RR Corniche convertible is pure class aswell.

I would still love an '80s Merc SL. Think they look lush.

Love the 1934 Singer Le Mans and a reasonable estimate, I'd be almost tempted to bid. Fabulous early morning summer drives in that and squint and it looks like a Bentley :) 34hp :o

My dad had one of those in the late '50s and early '60s when he was in his teens. He and his mate (my Godfather) were avid members of the Singer Owners' Club and did road rallying in them. Neither of them are with us anymore (nor are the cars probably). Unfortunately I don't have any pictures.

Some real gems in there - I think I need a Euromillions win tomorrow night.

Then I can get the Ferrari 550 Maranello, BMW M635CSi, E60 M5 converted to manual and that Mad Chevy SSR pick-up!

Back in the real world I'd love that Mercedes 190E 2.6. I had a 2 litre 190e years ago and it was a great car.
Coupes because stunning!
Current - Silver Grey MC, Imola Red heated Nappa & carbon trim. Aeros, H & R Coil-overs, 224s, OE Strut brace, Nav, cup-holders, DSP Hi-Fi, pdc, cruise, MFSW, no CDV! E90 330i daily
Gone - Montego Blue
Gone - Ruby Black

I bet prices were rock bottom back then being 20 to 30 years old at the time. Just think it looks a cracking car but then I was thinking my old Mazda from 1985 was double the power at 68bhp
