Wheels- what brands?
I've been contemplating a new set of wheels for the M roadster for a while now but I'm bored of the options I've seen (mainly CSLs). Other than the Morr wheels seen on the coupe on this forum, which are awesome but pricey.
I don't know where to start when looking at other brands. Which are a good mix of quality, weight, value?
VMRs seem quite nice and not as expensive as OEM CSLs, but CSLs will hold their value better and I'm sure there are lighter/better wheels available.
So, who can recommend me some brands? I'm not looking for specific styles, I'll pick that through hours of trawling. I just need a few starting points.

Thanks. VMRs stil topping my list so far. I'm not sure on their weights though. It would be nice to reduce the oem weight whilst spending the pennies.

I love the look of them, but i found my 19's on the heavy side compared to say offerings from forgestar and even fox ultraleggera's.

Re: Wheels- what brands?
There's lots of good wheels out there mate, VMR's are good, not that light but strong, plus the VB3 style is more aggressive than the OEM CSL's.
Other wheels you might want to take a look at with the same style(varying prices)
>ASA GT-1
>Bryton GTS
>HRE's Monoblock series P40/P40SC
>BC HB-04/HB-29
/HB-S02
>Advance One ADV 7/ADV 5.01
>G-Power Silverstone
Try these guys out http://wheelsworldwide.co.uk/ they have a really good selection, yes some are more boutique but fantastic looking things.
Not really the style your looking for but HB-29's are amazing things, not blingy but just a really clean design :p

Re: Wheels- what brands?
I imported some Alufelgen CS7's for my E89 after reading several write ups - coupled with Vreds = very pleased.
They are available in various colours.

Gotta say, these look pretty awesome but not convinced they would look good on a black Zeddy (in the red). http://wheelsworldwide.co.uk/wheels/bc/hb_09/red

Yeah BC wheels are hot I'd love to get a set of HB-29's with the gunmetal barrel on my DSB but there pricey.
