Car won't pair with my phone

Just got a 2016 z4. And I can not pair my Note. What am I missing? HELP!!!

Have you flowed explicitly the relevant instructions?


Have you purged all previous phones in the car ?
We choose to go to on with this endeavour at this time and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard…

Can you give a bit more detail into how you are pairing and at what stage it isn’t working.
