Looks like a love child between a 370Z, Z4MC, TVR Sagaris and a Morgan.

I like it

Isn't that a Weismann MF5?

Haven't they recently gone bust?

My mate was 'fixing up' a LHD version a while ago, and said he'd had to take it to Germany a couple of times as the owner wanted it 'planted' at 300kph, and the only way to properly test it was on the autobahns. My mate said that 300kph came up rather quickly.

Yep I think it's the GT MF5 model, has got a fairly big wing on the rear too. Didn't know they'd gone bust.

Definitely a marmite car, but love the almost 60's styling with a very modern edge. The funny thing is the picture doesn't even do it proper justice, you need to see it in the flesh to appreciate the hulkness of it :D

Love this car. Maybe not this particular beefed up version but I remember seeing a Wiesmann vs a Tuscan on Top gear years ago. I think that had a beemer 6 cylinder in it. I like the vintage/ modern mix.

Hadies, they're all with BMW mechanicals but the one you're saying was probably the MF3.

The MF5 is absolutely gorgeous and one my favourite cars. I'd love one.

When the BMW Fahrerlehrgang used to take place at The Ring, there was always a Wiesmann group, and I took these photos of one of the early MF5s a few years ago. They are very quick!

That's the MF5 with the M5/M6's V10 drivetrain. Amazing sound. The one i posted is based on the V8 twin turbo from the derided X5 and X6 M! Faster than the V10 but not nearly as aurally exciting :P
