NSF front brake pipe corroded.
What a bastard of a job.
Everything else I've done on this car I've been thinking this motor is so easy to work on then this struck. Pig of a job.
Then I have an airbag light on now for some reason. Nothing was touched at all. Next job...possibly taking the cluster out and pulling the SMD for it. That'll learn it.

Not to sound like a Noob here, but where does one get these stubbies from for the Z4? My lanky one is bent and for the sake of a future project, can they pick up / receive DAB signal?

There are quite a few threads about this, from what I saw you have lots of options. I however just got mine from BMW just to assure myself. Range from £5 -£20. someone more knowledgeable will probably step in to explainMonkeydonkeyratmagic wrote: ↑Wed Nov 01, 2017 12:05 pmNot to sound like a Noob here, but where does one get these stubbies from for the Z4? Checked all the levels and pressures. Full mint-up including the hood, popped my hardtop on then sealed and waxed all the paintwork and alloys....ready for winter !

Beautiful day today, so took the MR to work. Finished early and headed out for a walk around Siblyback reservoir with MrsG, followed by dinner out near Bodmin and Finally a moon lit drive home back across the moor.
Perfect.
