First time driving in France, I normally use unleaded 95 at home, daily driver, and I have spotted 95 E10 over here rather than just 95. Having a quick read, can see that apparently this fuel is not to be used in uk cars prior to 2002 but is safe from 2011 onwards. Now, 09 23i here and sit right in the middle! Anyone drive on the continent and can say if this should be fine? Or should I bite the bullet and get 98 that is available here.
Please, no super vs unleaded debate, been done to death

Mate,
Seriously I wouldn't take a chance on that strong ethanol blend, I'd put in super..... a few euros extra for peace of mind....

Clean the inside of your exhaust tips and use the higher octane fuel. Then check to see how little carbon builds up. Definitely worth the extra imo. unless you are running a company car.

I did spot that one, is 8 years old now mind. Think I will go normal 95 if it's there, if not, super and bypass the e10. Got caught in a proper rain shower with the roof down today, luckily the wife saw the funny sidebuzyg wrote: ↑Fri Sep 08, 2017 4:08 pmThis..Kugaman1 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 08, 2017 3:26 pm Mate,

Reading that newspaper article you dont really have that much to worry about, it seems that the worst that can happen is a leaky pipe if you uses a dozen tanks full!!!Kugaman1 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 08, 2017 3:26 pm Mate,
