Before I forget, do you have pics of your car on your Eibach springs? Thinking of lowering mine too!
Did you have any issues with rubbing against the arches? Any spacers? Etc..
Thank You

I bet this car is a beast once moving ... but getting traction off the line will require a lot of skill beyond planting your foot !
I need to make a mental note to avoid any 35iS when in my A45 It doesn't feel any quicker than my standard 35iS was ... so I would get murdered in a straight line once on the move

I've heard launch control isn't the best method for launching. Certainly not the standard launch control that holds the revs at 5000, maybe if you flash different firmware onto the DCT that launches at 3500 (135i firmware) then you stand a chance of setting a good time.
You would still need good tyres though, the standard runflat tyres would be useless for this, ideally want some Pilot Super Sports or Pilot Sport 4S with a 275 width.

That is an very true point, I have experienced 400BHP autos bogging down at launch - since I have a lesser power manual launch is more controllable. After the initiall 60 feet - they are chasing me down the stip, race to the 1/4 mile.R.E92 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 18, 2017 4:15 pm I've heard launch control isn't the best method for launching.
