Hello
My heater has stopped working on my Z4 2.0L 2006.
I blows warm air on the driver side, and cold air on the passenger side.
Any ideas ?

Could be a partially blocked heater matrix or possibly an air lock, try the simple stuff first & try bleeding the cooling system.

It won't be those.
Leave the cooling system alone!

More likely one of the control flaps has stuck, or the motor actuating it. Have you tried slowly rotating the directional and temperature controls one click at a time with the ignition on, engine off and fan on lowest speed? You should be able to hear the motor moving the flap.
