Hello Formsters
I have a 2008 E85 3.0 SI with Sport Suspension.
I need info on the brake wear sensor wire.
There are two parts listed ?????
I believe the only difference is length of wire.
One apparently is 1/2 inch longer.
I'm thinking the longer one would be the way to go just because longer would be better
(As opposed to ending up 1/2" short !)
Anyone know the true answer ?
Cheers

Rear Brake Wear Sensor !!!
Does real OEM show both parts as active during the same period of time? I.e. One does not replace the other?

Rear Brake Wear Sensor !!!
For the record:
Both sensor wires had the same BMW Part Number.
One came from Spain, the other from Hungary.
I went with the Spanish version cause it looked longer and I prefer Spain to eastern Europe.
The rear sensor connection is in a small plastic box that is located just below the roof drain (???) on the British driver's side.
So you can remove the wheel liner port to get at it and having Donald Trump sized hands would make the job easier.
