Hi all,
I've been looking into front sensors for the Z4 and have bought a kit made by veba. Im keen to get it working when the car is below a certain speed rather than using an on/off switch.
Its well over my head but i know you can use a canbus(?) but there is a wire from the kit that is to be attached to a 'speed signal' .
Spoken with Veba's tech support unit and they said that on the diagnosis port one of the pins appertains to the speed of the car but they couldnt tell me which pin.Been googling and it could be called the CAN low pin. The mysterious speed signal yellow wire can be connected to the appropriate pin in the diagnosis port where it will pick up the speed signal.
Hope the above makes a bit of sense.
So, does anyone know which pin on the diagnosis port would produce this speed signal?
Thanks in advance,
Vin
