Re: FS: BMW Z4M Coupe
It's a great car but the base spec might be hurting it. Whether we agree or not sadly that's the way it is with top end BMWs - people want toys. I had a manual 330 Sport with Alcantara interior instead of leather...actually preferred it and got it for a steal because of that, but many dealers wouldn't even take it as trade in at any price. I got a decent deal against an M3 in the end but that's another car with the same problem - no Nav, no 19"s or grey leather = much, much harder to sell and worth much less.dgm wrote:With all the people that come on here saying they're looking to move to an MC but can't find the right car, I can't believe that someone hasn't gone for this. It's as close to an AUC as you'll get without paying the dealer premium. This has to be the best priced coupe in this condition around and it has the AUC warranty which is a step above an extended one. It's a no brainer for me.
This is a lovely car though and I am sure someone will be along shortly.

Well done Tony, I'm not surprised as it was sensibly priced and in immaculate condition. Was it sold to someone on here?

Thanks Davy....The guy was blown away by the condition of the car - I had it nice & polished...well chuffed with the outcome !
He spent a bit of time looking about, so reckons he got a real peach....and I agree with him !!!
No..he wasn't from the forum......maybe people thought it was too good to be true !?!
Think he said he saw it on 'PISTONHEADS'.

Did he believe it was an M without the emblem embossed in the leather?

Re: FS: BMW Z4M Coupe
he took a look at the quad pipes on the back....and the M nestling on the bootlid....rubbed his chin a little...Did he believe it was an M without the emblem embossed in the leather?
he moved to the nearside and offside and back again.....noted the M's on the front wings and the drilled discs...nodded..
he moved to the front...and noticed that the styling seemed that bit more aggressive....
he popped his head inside....noted the stitched leather dash...Thick steering wheel with coloured stitching...M on the clock...hmmmmm
he popped the bonnet....eyed the heart of the beast.........it had an M stamped on it............he smiled...........
yep mate..........there's no doubting.........this is an M coupe !!!!
