Z4 2.5si (56)
Hi,
I have decided to sell the Z4 after a trip to Cornwall and quickly realising it doesn't fit with my car needs (kids) my fault entirely! The car itself has been great, it never missed a beat plus averaged 39.5 mpg!
MOT until 26/11/17
56 plate registered 12/12/06
6 speed gearbox
2 keys
117600 miles
Full Service History (Last 2 services have been done by the owners- both on Z4-forum with written details in service book)
6 previous owners
M Sport heated leather seats (extending front support)
M Sport Suspension
18" Staggered MV2's with Goodyear Eagle F1's (New rears recently fitted)
Sport button
Aircon
Rear parking sensors
Hill start assist
Auto wipers
Auto headlights
Heated mirrors
Stubby aerial
Genuine BMW wind deflector
Genuine BMW mobility kit
Parrot Bluetooth
Armrest
Electric roof works as it should and off the key
Recent parts
Bilstein rear shocks
New Aux water pump, thermostat and coolant @ 114k
Air filter, oil filter, cabin filter and oil changed 114k
Very recent rear discs and pads
New rear brake lines for MOT
New genuine 3rd brake light inc correct springs to replace old cracked one
Couple of marks on front alloys but nothing serious, bodywork is very straight and has always been polished and cared for. There is a couple of age related marks but nothing out of place and is very tidy for the mileage.
Stubburn water mark in roof fabric
It is a great car and clearly been looked after but i feel more comfortable with hatchbacks.
I would p/x against something fairly family orientated and standard i.e. mk5 golf, A3, A4 but wouldn't rule out a polo etc. I only have a few mile commute so not looking for Diesels or Turbo's. I have got a few hundred to be able to px up or down if needed.
I'm pricing it at £4250 ono on here as i would like a quick sale and prefer it to go to an ethusiast making it a very cheap si!
I will be putting it on ebay for more. Either way my loss is someone else's gain.

2 photo's of when i picked her up. i'm planning on giving the leather a clean and the body so will add more pictures from tomorrow.

Jmo but this is a cheap way into a facelift Z by anyone's book providing its had some respectful owners the miles are just a number in front of you .
Looks great & half decent spec
Very little out there by comparison at £4k to stick away in the garage for those Sunday morning blatts over the moors
If you want to drive it to me in Lancs iid happily give you £4k & pay for your train ticket home

Thanks for the kind words, it's got to be one of the cheapest and best for money available, the car works perfectly. I've got it for sale just about everywhere now so hoping she sells whilst it's freshly cleaned and the sun is shining

I have arranged a deal with a main dealer so I'm reducing this to £3950 no offers as it's close to the PX value. If it doesn't sell quick it will be traded in.

I messaged Andy last night and said I will give it a week to see if it sells locally rather than me travelling 2-3hours in the car to deliver it to him. He was happy with this arrangementpaddy wright wrote: ↑Sat Apr 08, 2017 9:27 pmAndy has offered you 4K- surely it's his first refusal?

This looks what I'm after, how long have you had it? Tempted to pop and see this on my return journey up the M1 from work on Thursday? Will you be about?

Hi, I'm normally about from about 3 in the afternoons plus I'm only 2 miles from J14 which should help. I've not had it long, only really driven it to Cornwall and back. I have replaced the 3rd brake light as it was cracked when I bought it plus given the interior a going over. Other than that the car itself is already straight and clean and everything works mechanically.
Thanks
Thanks

I would be looking at it for that price...complete steal. I sold it to James but I had it over 2 years and about 13k miles or so...fantastic car...I just needed more space that's why I sold itmattupnorth wrote: ↑Mon Apr 10, 2017 2:26 pm This looks what I'm after, how long have you had it? Thanks, I can't stress enough it was my fault for buying the car and I'm going to take a fair hit on it but the car itself has evidently been well looked after. Looking on eBay the next si anything is at £4995 up to about £7500 for the 2.5si on here so it really is cheap Z4 ownership.A5 VRX wrote: ↑Mon Apr 10, 2017 3:20 pmI would be looking at it for that price...complete steal. Thanks Jclcr, I'll have a quick think and PM or ring you if I want to come. MK is a great place for a test drive having lived there briefly!
A5 VRX - Can only agree, realised it was your original for sale post I had responded to last month - thought the car looked familiar!
