Hi,
I recently bought myself a 2012 Z4 20i for my 20th birthday. I have wrapped the roof in black since then and now I am looking to recolor some of the interior trims. I want to change the silver carbon trims to black carbon and I want to wrap some of the trims in alcantara. Only problem is I cant work out how to take out some of the dash trims. Has anyone on here removed their dash trims etc and if so do you have any photos of you doing so? Just so I can work out where the fixings are. If anyone can point me towards other threats that could possibly help me out then it would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a photo of my car and of the interior design inspiration.
Thanks
Nathan

Interior Dash Trim Removals
Someone posted on here a few days ago a link to BMW TIS which is extremely useful and shows how to do most things on the car including removing trims. Cant remember who or what thread, sorry.
I have removed all the silver carbon trims on ours and wrapped them with black carbon look vinyl, it was fairly easy to remove everything, just time consuming.
The dash silver trim is attached to the black part and does not come off, also the silver trim on the doors is attached to the door handles.

Here's a thread showing you how to remove the trim, I've added a post at the end if you have the extended leather option.
