Yokohama ZPS Tyres

Post by delarge » Wed Aug 10, 2011 5:36 pm

The rears need replacing on my Z4 3.0. Was just about to pull the trigger on some PS2's (£245) and saw the Yoko's for £202.

Any users out there? i searched but can only find one forumite but no real review. The thing i'm most concerned about is wether or not they will improve the ride like the PS2's do from the factory Bridgestones.

Thanks in advance

Derek

i can see by the amount of posts everyone was dieing to know what the outcome of this dilemma was...lol.

i took a chance and bought the yokos, initial feel is that they are alot more compliant than the potenzas. I'm not actively looking for potholes but at least i don't have to swerve round them now mowing down hedgehogs/school kids/kittens/old ladies. ride has none of the crashiness about it and the car feels more planted in the wet(although this could be because the previous tyres were worn) just want the fronts to wear out now.

Sounds good, cheaper than your original choice (the Michelins) too.

Some time ago I posted the RFT options available, these were on the list so thanks for taking the chance and letting the forum know. Anybody fitted the zero pressure Pirelli's as they would be another choice as are the continental's
