Question...
The rules say that I must take the picture of my own car, which I fully understand.
But, as technology has moved on since this thread was last updated, I have a question..
What's the position on me taking a photo of my car with me driving it, using my drone?
As I would also be in control of the drone, would this be an admissible photo?

Seems a rhetorical question.Ducklakeview wrote: ↑Sat Oct 14, 2017 11:20 pm Question...

Not at all. I have an idea for a photo which will require quite a bit of planning and setup, so I don't want to do all that for it to be disqualified when posting due to me using the drone.idej_jedi wrote: ↑Sat Oct 14, 2017 11:55 pmSeems a rhetorical question.Ducklakeview wrote: ↑Sat Oct 14, 2017 11:20 pm Question...

Just to make it clear, it will be me driving my car, the drone will have been set to follow my controller which will be in the car next to me, and it's my drone, so my photo.

So you’re taking the photo then? Can’t see what the issue is? Sounds like a crazy ass shot though - looking forward to seeing it!Ducklakeview wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2017 12:01 amNot at all. Is that legal? I understood that you had to maintain constant visual of your drone when flying it. How is that safe while you are driving your Zed.Ducklakeview wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2017 12:01 amNot at all. You have to maintain visual contact when flying over public areas. This will be done on private land.buzyg wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2017 12:18 amIs that legal?
