Stealer here in Swansea wanted 93 + vat, managed to get one from forum member in Australia for 60 but it cost me 25 in foreign transaction charges

Check breakers, failing that just buy one new, you've been waiting ages!

two z4's was at breakers near Gatwick ,I've removed one cruise control stalk for my mate ,paid £5 at the till :lol: :lol:

yes :D all rare parts been removed by me already ,cup holders cost me £2 :lol: still has sound generator one one of them . It's on back yard that only open saturdays.

I've just come across this post, so am I right in thinking my 3.0i 2003 auto will already have the loom fitted and just needs the cowl cut and the stalk fitted?

I was at a breakers on Thursday, he had four on the shelf, including the complete factory cowl, £80 each.

The early cars like ours had the loom fitted upto 2004 (see Stuartt's post), just drop the bottom cowl and you should see a plug towards the gearbox side. The cowl has the cut out section marked on the inside, I used a hacksaw an dremmel to remove this. The switch slides onto a piece of metal next to the plug. Ducklakeview has found a breaker who has 4 switches and cowls for £80. If you PM him, I'm sure he will pass on the details. :thumbsup:
