Front mudguards on your M?
Any folks running front mudguards on their M? With lowered springs?
I think OEM items are available but do they rub or foul on full lock?
The offset pushing wheels out means I'm getting a bit more spray than usual, water is ok but just thinking about potential stone/chips etc, wondering whether fitting these would be a good preventative measure.
Any feedback welcome, cheers

From memory kermit1970 has them. Red coupe, not an ///M but makes no difference.

They'll affect your aerodynamics so much that they'll knock 10mph off your top speed, add 1 second to your 0-60 time and increase your fuel consumption by 2mpg

No, no and No!
I've not had mudguards on any car since the mid 90's when they went out of fashion until I got a Micra recently which them fitted.
It's not something I'd ever add willingly as it seems to completely spoil the look of most decent cars.....

Mudguards on a Z4.. In my opinion those ugly things only have a purpose on trucks and rally cars. If you are so worried about potential stone/chips, maybe it's best to never drive the car and keep it in the garage I don't like stone chips, dents or damages on my Z4M but IMO that are the trade offs when driving and enjoying the car.

I haven't liked mudguards since the delta integrales, however, I'd rather suffer a little ugg that have to deal with repainting side skirts and wings.
It's a black car, so don't think they'd stand out.
Was throwing it out there to see if anyone would recomends from practical standpoint, cheers for the replies so far
