Is the Olive Skewer a BMW special tool? If yes I need to get one. Anybody know if the e85 facelift 2006 2.5 bonnet badge is secured by nuts or just pushed in?

I would have had to have cleaned the area where the new badge was going before fitting it.

All Z4 bonnet badges are fastened on with 2 self tapping nuts that secure it. Access is by removing one of the rad grilles and from memory a 10mm socket.sharpyboy wrote:Is the Olive Skewer a BMW special tool? If yes I need to get one. You must take in consideration that this Tuto isn't valid for the e89.
