I'm still looking for my first z4 I've now narrowed it down to the 2.5 I se purely because I can get the straight six engine so I get that beautiful noise with slightly cheaper insurance, does anyone know or is selling one?

Good luck with your search. Mine is the 2.5 i SE and I am very pleased with it. Its the 2005 pre facelift model and at the time I didnt appreciate that had I gone for the facelift model there was a very sharp drop in BHP. Goodness knows why but my model has 190plus BHP whereas the facelift has around 20bhp less. If I were you I would go for the pre facelift or consider the SI. All very confusing but suffice it to say I was relieved that I hadnt walked into that trap.
